I Love Port Townsend

MARCH 5, 2023:  This entry will be short, because I am at the Beach house and want to spend my time out there on the beach!  Today I pack up my stuff and move to Vida's for 3 weeks while she and Verne are in Mexico.  I am so blessed to have wonderful places to stay here in PT thanks to friends and pet owners (who are also now my friends)!  Even though our house sold at the end of September, I have been able to keep living in my chosen home town of PT.  Gonna do my Earthing now, which is being barefoot on the sand for 20 minutes a day.  Or cement, or ground or grass if not at a beach.  It helps with inflammation to have the Earth's energy able to enter through your feet.  Footwear, wood, rubber, and paved asphalt all block the energy. Earthing is a part of my self care routine. Bye for now!
