Kalaloch Lodge for my 70th

NOV 28, 2021:  My daughters Jessica and Shannon and granddogger Sappho all had a grand time back in early November to celebrate my 70th Birthday!  We had a very special cabin with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a fireplace with dry wood, killer views of the Pacific Ocean out the wall of windows, and electric heat.  We ate like royalty and had fun walks on the beach.  It was a magical 4 days and 3 nights.  I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to spend my special birthday with my amazing daughters! 

Today is a rainy day and I realized that I had not even done a post in October.  Oh boy, I just realized that I also skipped September!  So, Sept I had a fun week with Sappho.  We went to a beach every morning for sunrise, and then to North Beach on the Juan de Fuca Straight for hours in the afternoons.  Both Shannon and Jessica and partners went to visit their Dad in Wisconsin. 

In October, Shannon and I went for a couple of days to Lake Crescent for her 44th Birthday.  Then for Halloween, I took a bus (well actually 3 buses) to Olympia for 4 nights.  First night we went to the movie Theater to see DUNE.  Jessica is named after the main character Lady Jessica.  I read the book before I was pregnant with her, and loved the book so much.  We ate amazing food and had a swinging haunted Halloween.  One of the most fun ever! 

Well, Kevin is bored, so we are gonna drive down to the water.  Yay!
