Merry Covid Christmas
DECEMBER 25, 2020: This Christmas, we are staying home. The house is decorated, and instead of a Christmas tree, I put a big tomato cage in my fushia planter and decorated with tinsel, lights, and my ornaments. It really turned out beautifully. Our house is too small for a tree, so..... We got a couple of inches of snow on the 21st, so that really made it fun and Christmasy. We ordered out wonderful eats from our local favorite organic restaurant that will last a couple of days. We feel so blessed, even during a pandemic. I hope the Holidays are good for you too if you are reading this. But I also know that for some, who are grieving this year, it won't be. Like my friend Mary Ann's husband Bob. My thoughts are with you. And people who lost jobs and incomes due to the pandemic. That stress must suck. My heart goes out to you too. Here is hoping that 2021 is a better year for us all!
